Learn how the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle impact your energy, mood and productivity. Discover how to respond to the needs of your body and its changing chemistry through different yoga practices and styles.
We’ll begin the evening with an informative look at how our bodies move through the phases of our cycle. Consider what it would feel like if you could prepare your work and social calendar according to which phase your body is responding to. We’ll then move through a yoga practice that you can incorporate in your home, or understand how to modify in group class settings. We'll end the evening with a sound meditation as you relax to the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
This class welcomes all people who menstruate as well as those curious to learn more about how these phases affect their loved ones.
